Where do you ship to?

We offer free shipping to US 48 states. For Canada and other countries, please send us an email at contact@fengepro.com or submit our contact us form.

Do you have local warehouses?

Yes, we have two warehouses in the US. One is in CA and the other in GA.

How quickly will my package arrive?

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days from our local warehouses. And the estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Do I pay for shipping?

No. We offer free shipping to US 48 states.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, All FENGE order(s) can be free to return for product quality problems within 30 days of date of purchase (return period).

How can I issue a return?

You can fill in the return form in our return policy page or email us at contact@fengepro.com. Please provide the information with an order number, reason for return, and photos. We will reply with it within 24 hours.
