Sales Tax

We collected sales tax in State of California in the US when required by law. You can see the exact sales tax collected on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.

Shipment Process

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. The delivery date is usually 2-4 workdays.

Shipping Carrier

Most orders ship via FedEx Ground; however, very large items or bulk orders ship via a freight carrier. We do not ship to hotels, P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO destinations.

FedEx shipments do not require a signature for delivery.

Multi-Piece Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive at different times. The products in the same order are not always shipped from the same warehouse due to our inventory entry schedule.

If an item on the order is backordered, that item will typically ship separately at a later time. 

We will send you an email to let you know if your order needs to be delivered in batches and to inform you of the shipping situation.

Freight Shipping

Heavier and larger items sometimes ship more safely on a pallet. Larger orders requiring freight may require an additional day to process and prepare for shipment.

If the order requires freight:

1. You'll receive an email from us explaining how freight works. We will review freight options with you to ensure a smooth delivery process. Expedited freight shipping options may be available in your area, reply to the freight email to request more information
2. Orders may take an extra day or two to process and prepare for shipment
3. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule delivery to your location
4. Orders will be delivered to your company's loading dock or a ground-level area outside your home or office.
5. Deliveries must be received, inspected, and signed for by you or an authorized person over 18 years of age
6. You must note any shortage or damage on the driver's paperwork at the time you sign for the shipment.

Customize Delivery and Expedited Shipments

These services are not currently available. We will ship from the fulfillment center closest to you whenever possible to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Outside of the Contiguous United States

All orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States must be shipped complete (no partial shipments). If you'd prefer an item to ship separately, contact us for a shipping quote for the separate shipment. Otherwise, the order will be shipped complete once all items are in stock.

Alaska & Hawaii

Please contact us for shipping quotes. We will contact you for any costs that cannot be calculated online. Shipping cost is the cost of shipping to your state minus our standard shipping cost in the contiguous U.S. We always cover a portion of the shipping cost, crediting you the value of the ground shipping cost enjoyed by our customers in the contiguous U.S.

U.S. Military Post offices

Shipments are not available to APOs, FPOs, and DPOs.

International

Please contact us for shipping quotes to other countries and to place your order. Besides US and Canada, we now have warehouses in CA, DE, UK and JP.

Order Tracking

A shipment tracking email is sent when the order ships.

If the tracking number doesn't provide results on the shipping carrier’s website, please wait a few hours for the carrier to update tracking status then check again.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Most orders ship the same day they're placed, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change or cancel it, please fill out the contact form on the contact us page, or send us email at contact@fengepro.com.

If the item has already shipped, we are unable to reroute shipments. In those cases, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns process.

Bulk Order

We suggest you purchase sample units before placing bulk orders to ensure that you and/or your clients have the opportunity to really get a sense of how the piece you are considering will work in your space.
