Shipping
Delivery Time (Business Days)
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. The delivery date is usually 2-4 business days.
Sales Tax
We collected sales tax in State of California in the US when required by law. You can see the exact sales tax collected on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.
Shipping Carrier
Most orders ship via FedEx Ground; however, very large items or bulk orders ship via a freight carrier. We do not ship to hotels, P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO destinations.
FedEx shipments do not require a signature for delivery.
Multi-Piece Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive at different times. The products in the same order are not always shipped from the same warehouse due to our inventory entry schedule.
If an item on the order is backordered, that item will typically ship separately at a later time.
We will send you an email to let you know if your order needs to be delivered in batches and to inform you of the shipping situation.
Customize Delivery and Expedited Shipments
These services are not currently available. We will ship from the fulfillment center closest to you whenever possible to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Paypal Payments
If your payment is processed by PayPal, please note that we only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. If in any case we are unable to ship to some countries or regions, we will inform you accordingly by email after your purchase.

Orders ship free the 48 states in the contiguous U.S.
Alaska & Hawaii
Please contact us for shipping quotes. We will contact you for any costs that cannot be calculated online. Shipping cost is the cost of shipping to your state minus our standard shipping cost in the contiguous U.S. We always cover a portion of the shipping cost, crediting you the value of the ground shipping cost enjoyed by our customers in the contiguous U.S.
U.S. Military Post offices
Shipments are not available to APOs, FPOs, and DPOs.
International
Please contact us for shipping quotes to other countries and to place your order. Besides US, we now have warehouses in CA, DE, UK and JP.
Orders
Order Tracking
A shipment tracking email is sent when the order ships.
If the tracking number doesn't provide results on the shipping carrier’s website, please wait a few hours for the carrier to update tracking status then check again.
Order Cancellations or Changes
Most orders ship the same day they're placed, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change or cancel it, please fill out the contact form on the contact us page, or send us email at contact@fengepro.com.
If the item has already shipped, we are unable to reroute shipments. In those cases, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns process.
Bulk Order
We suggest you purchase sample units before placing bulk orders to ensure that you and/or your clients have the opportunity to really get a sense of how the piece you are considering will work in your space.
