Part 1: Payment Methods

At Fengepro.com, we temporarily accept the following payment methods:

PayPal,Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay

Credit card options will be available when checking out. We secure your card with the highest security and work with your bank card issuer while we process your order.

Why has my payment been declined?

If you're having trouble paying with a credit or debit card, declined payments can be caused by one or more of the following:

1. The name and address of the cardholder do not match the billing details. Make sure that all details, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, are entered correctly, and check that the name and billing addresses are exactly as they appear on your card statement.
2. Your card has reached the limit for internet transactions.
3. The transaction page has timed out.
4. Leaving the page before finishing the check-out procedure.

Part 2: Tax

For US orders:

We collect sales tax within the US according to the law. 

For Canada orders:

1. Federal Sales Tax: known as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). The GST and HST are administered jointly and commonly referred to as simply GST/HST. Whether GST or HST applies depends on the particular province or territory.
2. Provincial Sales Tax: known as Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Quebec sales tax (QST), or Retail Sales Tax (RST), depending on the province. Not all provinces have a provincial sales tax regime. Whether PST, RST, or QST applies depends on the particular province.
