Return And Refund
Our orders come with a 30-day, risk-free trial period which guarantees free returns of like-new products returned in original packaging. We even cover your return shipping costs if you are returning products from the contiguous United States. Besides, we will provide you with the required return shipping labels to make things easier for you.

30-DAY Free Return Policy
The 30-day return policy applies only to the products purchased from fengepro.com and delivery addresses in the US.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase. we have a 30-DAY Free Return Service. You may return any Fenge product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase and we'll issue an RMA#.
- Please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the package,
- We provide prepaid return labels for returns with quality and delivery problems (No extra returning fee), but charge 15% restocking fee for returns with non-quality problems,
- Returned products must be in their original packaging,
- You are responsible for delivering the products to our warehouse address on the shipping label,
- We strongly suggest using the UPS delivery method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
*Note: 30-day returns must with the original contents attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for the 30-day free return.
All Fenge returns for opened products and all without any product quality problems will be deducted a 15 percent restocking fee from the refund amount.

Which items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a general return, merchandise:
- Must be in its original condition
- Must be free from scratches and/or defects
- Must not have been installed after the purchase
- Must be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging, and be free of writing
- Must not have any missing pieces
- Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
Not Returnable / Refundable?
- Commercial Purchases: once shipped, orders for commercial use are not returnable/refundable. If anything is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, the order is fully covered under warranty for repair/replacements. Canceled orders are subject to a 15% fee, including orders canceled due to shipping delays.
- Items that are marked "final sale," "clearance," "as is," or "made-to-order."
- Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Gift or orders with an actual payment of $0.
Note: We suggest you purchase sample units before placing bulk orders to ensure that you and/or your clients have the opportunity to really get a sense of how the piece you are considering will work in your space.
Order Cancellations or Changes
Most orders ship the same day they're placed, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change or cancel it, please fill out the contact form on the contact us page
If the item has already shipped, we are unable to reroute shipments. In those cases, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns process by filling out the return form below. Fenge returns will be deducted $17 or CAD$20 freight costs if the package is not complete.
Q1: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A1: We offer free returns for order(s) that meet our 30-DAY free return policy. The original order value, including the shipping cost, will be fully refunded.
Q2: When can I expect a refund for my return?
A2: It typically takes 2 business days after our factory receives the returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your amount through the original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be disbursed to your original payment method.
Q3: How do I initiate a return?
A3: You can fill in the return form below or email email@example.com. Please provide complete information in the form, including the order number, reason for return, and photos. We will reply to your return request within 24 hours during business days.
