Where do you ship to?

Do you have local warehouses?
Yes, we have two warehouses in the US. One is in CA and the other in GA.
How quickly will my package arrive?
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days from our local warehouses. And the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. We offer free shipping to US 48 states.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, All Fenge order(s) can be free to return for product quality problems within 30 days of date of purchase (return period).
How can I issue a return?
You can fill in the return form in our return and refund page or email us at contact@fengepro.com. Please provide the information with an order number, reason for return, and photos. We will reply with it within 24 hours.
Warranty
How long is the warranty on the standing desk?
All series desktop has a one-year limited warranty. And the desk motor has five years limited warranty.
How do I get a warranty?
